Parts of the MS Word

Quick access toolbar- Set of command buttons such as save, redo, and undo.

Title bar- The place where the name of the document is located.

Ribbon- The main set of commands and controls organized task in tabs and groups.

Vertical scroll bar- The tool we can use to scroll the page up and down.

Horizontal scroll bar- The tool we can use to drag the page right and left.

Zoom Control- The tool that we can use to magnify and shrink the document page on MS Word.

View shortcut- Buttons used to change how the worksheet content is displayed.

Navigation pane- Click ctrl + F for the Navigation Pane to appear. This is the section of the MS Word that helps you to go to several pages and enables you to arrange and organize existing pages

Status bar-  This is where the information of your document is being displayed such as the word count and page number.

Ruler- It is used to set alignments and margins of the elements in the document.

Insertion point- It is the blinking vertical line that lets you know of where your text will be inserted.

Document window- The white space where you can attach all the data you need in the document.
